VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

You’ll be supporting the event by ensuring the public are safely managed around the site. Activities might include:

  • Scanning tickets at entry gates

  • Directing cars in the car park (parking will be handled by a professional car parking team)

  • Assisting coordinate incoming aircraft alongside the trained marshalers

  • Assisting anyone who is injured or needs additional help, directing them to medical attention

  • Running supplies around the event site

  • Monitoring the static aircraft display to ensure the public don’t touch or damage aircraft

  • Litter picking

  • Assisting with public safety, evacuations etc if required

REGISTER YOUR INTEREST TO VOLUNTEER

Volunteers will need to attend a pre-event briefing at 09:00 and the event will close at 17:00. After the public leave, there will be drinks for event volunteers on the Pathfinder Cafe patio. Volunteers must be 18 or over.
