GETTING HERE
USE POST CODE GU17 9LQ FOR SAT NAV
BY ROAD
Most participants are likely to arrive by road. The entrance to the event will be through the Blackbushe Airport main entrance on the A30. For those coming from further afield, this is just a short drive from M3 Junction 4A.
PARKING
Parking onsite will be limited and MUST be pre-booked. If you’ve already purchased tickets and forgotten to add the parking, you can make a separate order for just your parking.
On arrival, please have your parking voucher QR code ready to scan (either on screen or printed out).
Please do not attempt to arrive before 10:30, access is only for exhibitors. After 10:30 the car park will open and vehicles will be parked using the grass area north of the main apron, working backwards. The ticket entrance does not open until 11:00.
DISABLED PARKING
Those with blue badges must display them on arrival and you will be directed to a parking area in front of the Pathfinder Cafe.
Blue Badge Holders must also pre-book a parking ticket and have their blue badge clearly on display to be parked outside the Pathfinder Cafe.
Note: Most of these spaces are not wider, but are close to the entrance. If you require a wider space please make sure the parking marshals are aware. Some of these spaces may be on the grass paddock in front of the cafe. If you need hard standing, let a marshal know.
COACHES
if you are a group or club and are looking to arrive by coach or minibus, please contact us by emailing events@blackbusheairport.co.uk to organise suitable parking.
DROP OFF
If you’re coming by taxi, or having a family member drop you, this will be immediately on the right inside the entrance, and will be signposted.
BY FOOT / BICYCLE
We encourage residents of Yateley to travel by foot or bicycle wherever possible. Access to the event will be via the footpath to the east of the airport which runs south from Yateley. If you’re coming along the disused runways please DO NOT climb over any earth mounds as will this result in you entering a live runway. Please use the footpath to the east of the airport and enter through the pedestrian gate next to the Terminal Building. The gate to the car park from the common will be closed on the event day.
BY AIR
All fly-in participants must be pre-booked. For 2024, all slots are now booked. We will be unable to accept bookings on the day. All aircraft will be issued a 10 minute arrival slot to comply with. Read our fly-in procedures to see how to join safely. Fly-in participants will receive free entry for the pilot + 1 passenger. Additional passengers must purchase tickets.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Blackbushe Airport is not served by any bus or train routes. The closest train stations are Blackwater (on the Reading-Guildford line) or Farnborough / Fleet (on the Basingstoke - London line). Fleet and Farnborough are both well served with taxi ranks, but if you’re planning on arriving by taxi, it would be best to pre-book this with a local provider.
