Terms & Conditions *

1. Pitches will be allocated on a first come, first-serve basis and each pitch includes one parking space which will be within 50m of the marquee. Additional vehicles may be parked in remote Exhibitor parking but must be pre-booked. Exhibitors must make the Organiser aware of any special requirements as pitches will not be moved on the day. 2. Each pitch has a 2.2m frontage and 3m depth. The pitches are inside a marquee shielded from the wind and rain. If the weather is hot, side panels may be opened for ventilation. 3. After receiving your application, Blackbushe Airport will accept or decline your booking. If accepted, exhibitors will be invoiced and the booking will be confirmed once payment has been made. 4. Access to the site is on Saturday morning from 08:00 unless otherwise agreed with the Organiser. 5. All stalls must be erected in situ and all vehicles must be parked in the designated area by 10:30. Gates open to the public at 11:00. 6. Stalls may close at 17:00 when the public opening hours finish. 7. When travelling on site, exhibitor vehicles must display their hazard lights. When leaving site Exhibitors must not move any vehicle without prior consent from the Organiser. 8. Wristbands will be issued on the day by the Organiser. The wristbands are non-transferrable and non-refundable. 9. Electrical power will not be provided. Exhibitors wishing to bring their own generators may only do so with the express permission of the Organiser. 10. Amplified music may not be played. 11. Exhibitors must be aware of the needs of those with disabilities and make reasonable accommodations for such attendees. 12. Exhibitors are responsible for their own security and safety of their stalls, equipment and staff. The Organiser will not be held liable for any loss or damage to exhibitor property except where caused by the negligence of the Organiser. 13. The Organiser will ensure that you comply to the Health & Safety and approved code of practices and reserve the right to remove you, if you fail to comply. 14. No animals are to be brought onto the airfield. Registered assistance dogs are permitted. Blackbushe will be a fully active airfield for the duration of the event. 15. Exhibitors must ensure their pitch and immediate surrounding area remains clean and tidy throughout the event. Exhibitors must particularly be aware of the risk posed to aircraft of litter being blown into aircraft manoeuvring areas and alert Organiser staff if they are aware of this. Exhibitors must clear their own rubbish and surrounding pitch after the event the Organiser shall provide bins around the event site. 16. Exhibitors must provide Public Liability insurance and their own risk assessments. Any Electrical/Gas items may be checked by the Organiser for suitability. 17. Exhibitors are not permitted to sell any cigarettes, tobacco, or e-Cigarette products on site. 18. Exhibitors wishing to engage in the sale of alcohol must be properly licensed and may only do so with the express permission of the Organiser. 19. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy on the site.
